FUOTUOKE School Fees for Civil Engineering 2026/2027 — what new and returning Civil Engineering students at Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE), Bayelsa State, should budget for this session. Updated September 2026.
FUOTUOKE School Fees 2026/2027: What We Know
Undergraduate tuition at FUOTUOKE is free for Nigerian students — you pay consolidated school charges instead, covering registration, departmental dues, and other services. Fresher (100 Level) Civil Engineering students should budget roughly ₦98,500–₦127,500, which includes the acceptance fee and one-off new-student charges. Returning students (200–500 Level) pay considerably less, around ₦84,500, since they skip first-time registration costs.
Students in mandatory laboratory-heavy programmes — which includes Civil Engineering — should expect an additional charge of roughly ₦15,000 on top of the standard fresher package. Treat these as planning estimates and confirm your exact invoice on the student portal.

Bayelsa State indigenes can access state government bursaries in addition to federal schemes like TETFund and NELFUND. Merit-based institutional support and occasional industry-sponsored (oil and gas sector) scholarships are also worth checking with the Student Affairs office early in the session.
